Role Overview: As a Temporary Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers by answering inquiries about products and services. Your focus will be on providing high-quality, professional, and friendly support to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the reputation of Five Star Call Centers. What You'll Do: - You will answer incoming telephone calls from customers promptly and courteously. - You will provide accurate information about products and services offered by our clients. - You will resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently while maintaining a helpful attitude. - You will document customer interactions and update records as necessary. - You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality. - You will adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency. - You will manage call volume effectively during peak times. - You will contribute to a positive team environment by demonstrating professionalism and respect. What You Bring: - You have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. - You possess excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. - You are comfortable using computer systems and basic software applications. - You demonstrate patience, empathy, and a customer-focused mindset. - You can handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure. - You are available to work flexible hours as required by the temporary project. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience in a temporary or contract customer service position. - Familiarity with CRM software and call center technologies. - Bilingual abilities or proficiency in a second language. - Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
