Role Overview: As a Temporary Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in assisting customers by answering inquiries about products and services. What You'll Do: - You will answer incoming telephone calls from customers with a friendly and professional demeanor. - You will provide accurate information about goods and services offered by our clients. - You will resolve customer inquiries and concerns efficiently and courteously. - You will document customer interactions and maintain detailed records. - You will collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. - You will adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency. - You will manage call volume effectively during peak periods. What You Bring: - You bring at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. - You have excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. - You possess strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. - You are comfortable using computer systems and CRM software. - You demonstrate patience, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a temporary or contract customer service position. - Familiarity with multiple communication channels such as email or chat support. - Bilingual language skills to assist a diverse customer base. - Previous experience in retail or service industries.
