Role Overview: As a Temporary Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in assisting customers by answering inquiries about products and services. Your focus will be on providing high-quality, professional, and helpful support to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the reputation of Five Star Call Centers. What You'll Do: - You will answer incoming telephone calls from customers promptly and courteously. - You will provide accurate information about goods and services offered by our clients. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a helpful and professional attitude. - You will document customer interactions and maintain detailed records. - You will escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary. - You will contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues. - You will adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards. What You Bring: - You have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. - You possess excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly telephone manner. - You are comfortable using computer systems and basic software applications. - You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and patience when dealing with customers. - You are able to work flexible hours as required by the temporary project.
