Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative for our Rewards Programs, you will play a vital role in supporting members by addressing their inquiries related to redeeming rewards such as gift cards and products. Your efforts will help encourage healthy behaviors through engagement with our rewards initiatives, including doctor visits, lifestyle programs, and challenges. What You'll Do: - You will assist members with questions about redeeming rewards and provide clear, accurate information. - You will support the administration of the rewards program, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. - You will handle inbound calls and emails professionally, maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor. - You will document member interactions and update records accurately in the system. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve service delivery. - You will stay informed about program updates and changes to provide current information. - You will identify opportunities to enhance member satisfaction and escalate issues when necessary. What You Bring: - You bring at least 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or rewards program environment. - You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - You are comfortable using computer systems and CRM software. - You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You have the ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing time effectively. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with health or wellness-related rewards programs. - Familiarity with remote work tools and best practices. - Bilingual skills to support diverse member populations. - Previous experience in a work-at-home customer service role.
