Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative for our Rewards Programs, you will play a vital role in supporting members by addressing their inquiries related to redeeming rewards such as gift cards and products. Your efforts will help encourage healthy behaviors through engagement with our rewards initiatives, including doctor visits, lifestyle programs, and challenges. What You'll Do: - You will assist members with questions about redeeming rewards and provide clear, accurate information. - You will educate members on the benefits and processes of the rewards program to promote participation. - You will document member interactions and maintain accurate records in the system. - You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex issues efficiently. - You will handle inbound calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner. - You will identify opportunities to improve member satisfaction and provide feedback to management. - You will adhere to company policies and compliance standards while maintaining confidentiality. What You Bring: - You bring at least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center environments. - You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - You possess strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are comfortable using computer systems and CRM software. - You have the ability to work independently in a remote work setting. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with rewards or loyalty programs. - Knowledge of healthcare or wellness industry practices. - Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish. - Previous experience in a work-at-home customer service role.
