Your efforts will help promote healthy behaviors through our engaging rewards initiatives, including doctor visits, lifestyle programs, and challenges. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while making a positive impact on members' wellness journeys. What You'll Do: - You will assist members with questions about redeeming rewards and navigating the rewards program. - You will provide clear, empathetic, and timely responses to member inquiries via phone, email, or chat. - You will educate members on program benefits and encourage participation in healthy lifestyle activities. - You will document member interactions accurately and maintain detailed records. - You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex issues. - You will stay informed about program updates and changes to provide accurate information. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing member feedback. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in rewards or healthcare-related programs. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to convey information clearly. - Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly. - Empathy and patience when dealing with diverse member needs. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively.
