Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative for our Rewards Programs, you will play a vital role in supporting members by addressing their inquiries related to redeeming rewards such as gift cards and products. Your efforts will help encourage healthy behaviors through our engaging rewards initiatives, including doctor visits, lifestyle programs, and challenges. What You'll Do: - You will assist members with questions about redeeming rewards and navigating the rewards program. - You will provide clear, empathetic, and timely responses to member inquiries via phone and email. - You will educate members on program benefits and encourage participation in health-related activities. - You will document member interactions accurately in the system to ensure seamless follow-up. - You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality and resolve complex issues. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of program policies, procedures, and promotions. - You will contribute to a positive work-from-home environment by managing your schedule and workspace effectively. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in rewards or health-related programs. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to convey information clearly. - Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly. - Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. - Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
