Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative for our Rewards Programs, you will play a vital role in supporting members by addressing their inquiries related to redeeming rewards such as gift cards and products. Your efforts will help promote healthy behaviors through our engaging rewards initiatives, including doctor visits, lifestyle programs, and challenges. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while making a positive impact on members' wellness journeys. What You'll Do: - You will assist members with questions about redeeming rewards and navigating the rewards program. - You will provide clear and empathetic communication to ensure member satisfaction. - You will document member interactions accurately and maintain detailed records. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve service delivery. - You will stay informed about program updates and changes to provide accurate information. - You will handle multiple member inquiries efficiently while maintaining professionalism. - You will contribute to a positive team environment by sharing feedback and best practices. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in rewards or healthcare-related programs. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an empathetic approach. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet access. - Proficiency in using customer service software and basic computer applications. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
