Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative for our Rewards Programs, you will play a vital role in supporting members by addressing their inquiries related to redeeming rewards such as gift cards and products. Your efforts will help encourage healthy behaviors through engagement with our rewards initiatives, including doctor visits, lifestyle programs, and challenges. What You'll Do: - You will assist members with questions about redeeming rewards and provide clear, accurate information. - You will support the administration of the rewards program by tracking member participation and redemption activities. - You will handle inbound calls and messages professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience. - You will educate members on the benefits of the rewards program and encourage participation in health-related activities. - You will document member interactions and maintain detailed records in the system. - You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex issues efficiently. - You will adhere to company policies and compliance standards while maintaining confidentiality. What You Bring: - You have at least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center environments. - You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - You are comfortable using computer systems and CRM software to manage customer interactions. - You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You have the ability to work independently in a remote work setting. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with rewards or loyalty program support. - Knowledge of health and wellness programs. - Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish. - Previous experience working in a remote or virtual call center.
