Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative for our Rewards Programs, you will play a vital role in supporting members by addressing their inquiries related to redeeming rewards such as gift cards and products. Your efforts will help promote healthy behaviors through our innovative rewards initiatives, including doctor visits, lifestyle programs, and challenges. What You'll Do: - You will assist members with questions about redeeming rewards and provide clear, accurate information. - You will educate members on the benefits and processes of the rewards program to encourage participation. - You will document member interactions and maintain accurate records in the system. - You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex issues efficiently. - You will handle inbound calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner. - You will identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management. - You will adhere to company policies and compliance standards while maintaining confidentiality. What You Bring: - You bring at least 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or rewards program environment. - You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - You are proficient with basic computer applications and comfortable learning new software. - You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. - You have the ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing your time effectively. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with health or wellness-related rewards programs. - Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry best practices. - Bilingual skills or additional language proficiency. - Previous remote work experience.
