Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative for our Rewards Programs, you will play a vital role in supporting members by addressing their inquiries related to redeeming rewards such as gift cards and products. Your efforts will help promote healthy behaviors through engagement with our rewards initiatives, including doctor visits, lifestyle programs, and challenges. This is a remote, work-at-home position designed for motivated individuals who enjoy helping others. What You'll Do: - You will assist members by answering questions about the rewards program and guiding them through the redemption process. - You will provide clear and accurate information regarding gift cards, products, and program benefits. - You will document member interactions and maintain detailed records to ensure quality service. - You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex issues efficiently. - You will promote the rewards program by encouraging participation in health-related activities and challenges. - You will handle inbound calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner. - You will stay informed about program updates and changes to provide current information to members. - You will contribute to a positive customer experience by demonstrating empathy and effective communication skills.
