Your efforts will help encourage healthy behaviors through our engaging rewards initiatives, including doctor visits, lifestyle programs, and challenges. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while making a positive impact on members' wellness journeys. What You'll Do: - You will assist members with questions about redeeming rewards and navigating the rewards program. - You will provide clear, empathetic, and timely responses to member inquiries via phone, email, or chat. - You will educate members on program benefits and encourage participation in healthy lifestyle activities. - You will document member interactions accurately and maintain detailed records. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve service quality and program effectiveness. - You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to rewards redemption and account status. - You will meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards consistently. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or rewards program environment. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally. - Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly. - Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing time effectively. - Empathy and patience when dealing with diverse member needs and concerns.
