Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative for our Rewards Programs, you will play a vital role in supporting members by addressing their inquiries related to redeeming rewards such as gift cards and products. Your efforts will help promote healthy behaviors through our engaging rewards initiatives, including doctor visits, lifestyle programs, and challenges. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while making a positive impact on members' wellness journeys. What You'll Do: - You will assist members with questions about redeeming rewards and provide clear, accurate information. - You will educate members on the benefits and processes of the rewards program to encourage participation. - You will handle inbound calls and messages professionally and efficiently. - You will document member interactions and maintain accurate records in the system. - You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex issues. - You will identify opportunities to improve the member experience and provide feedback. - You will adhere to company policies and compliance standards to ensure quality service. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or rewards program environment. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and patient demeanor. - Ability to navigate computer systems and learn new software quickly. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
