Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative for our Rewards Programs, you will play a vital role in supporting members by addressing their inquiries related to redeeming rewards such as gift cards and products. Your efforts will help encourage healthy behaviors through engagement with our rewards initiatives, including doctor visits, lifestyle programs, and challenges. What You'll Do: - You will assist members with questions about redeeming rewards and provide clear, accurate information. - You will handle inbound calls and emails professionally and efficiently. - You will document member interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. - You will educate members about the benefits and features of the rewards program. - You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex issues. - You will contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on member concerns. - You will maintain a positive and empathetic attitude to enhance member satisfaction. What You Bring: - You have at least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center roles. - You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - You are comfortable using CRM software and basic computer applications. - You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You have the ability to work independently in a remote work environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with rewards or loyalty program support. - Knowledge of health and wellness programs. - Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish. - Previous work-from-home experience.
