Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative for our Rewards Programs, you will play a vital role in supporting members by addressing their inquiries related to redeeming rewards such as gift cards and products. Your efforts will help encourage healthy behaviors through engagement with our rewards initiatives, including doctor visits, lifestyle programs, and challenges. What You'll Do: - You will assist members with questions about redeeming rewards and provide clear, accurate information. - You will manage inbound calls and messages in a professional and timely manner. - You will document member interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions. - You will collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and member satisfaction. - You will stay informed about program updates and changes to effectively support members. - You will identify opportunities to enhance the member experience and communicate feedback to management. - You will adhere to company policies and compliance standards while handling sensitive information. What You Bring: - You bring at least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center environments. - You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - You possess strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are comfortable using computer systems and CRM software. - You demonstrate empathy and patience when assisting members. - You have the ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing time effectively. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with rewards or loyalty programs. - Knowledge of healthcare or wellness industry practices. - Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish. - Previous remote work experience.
