Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative for our Rewards Programs, you will play a vital role in supporting members by addressing their inquiries related to redeeming rewards such as gift cards and products. Your efforts will help encourage healthy behaviors through engagement with our rewards initiatives, including doctor visits, lifestyle programs, and challenges. What You'll Do: - You will assist members with questions about redeeming rewards and navigating the rewards program. - You will provide clear, empathetic, and timely responses to member inquiries via phone and email. - You will document member interactions accurately in the system to ensure seamless follow-up. - You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex issues. - You will promote the rewards program benefits to encourage member participation in healthy behaviors. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of program policies, products, and services. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on member experiences. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or rewards program environment. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to convey information clearly and professionally. - Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software. - Ability to work independently in a remote work setting while managing time effectively. - Empathy and patience when handling member concerns and questions.
