Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative for our Rewards Programs, you will play a vital role in supporting members by assisting them with inquiries related to redeeming rewards such as gift cards and products. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in rewards or health-related programs. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information clearly. - Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively. - Empathy and patience when dealing with diverse customer needs. - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
