What You'll Do: - You will assist members with questions about redeeming rewards and navigating the rewards program. - You will provide clear, empathetic, and timely responses to member inquiries via phone, email, or chat. - You will educate members on program benefits and encourage participation in health-related activities. - You will document member interactions accurately and maintain detailed records. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve service quality and program effectiveness. - You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to rewards redemption and account status. - You will meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in rewards or loyalty programs. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to convey information clearly. - Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively. - Empathy and patience when handling member concerns and questions.
