As a Customer Service Representative for our Rewards Programs, you will play a vital role in supporting members by addressing their inquiries related to redeeming rewards such as gift cards and products. This position is designed to encourage and promote healthy behaviors among members through engagement with our rewards initiatives, including doctor visits, lifestyle programs, and challenges. This is a remote, work-at-home opportunity that offers flexibility and the chance to make a positive impact. What You'll Do: - You will assist members with questions about redeeming rewards, ensuring clear and accurate information is provided. - You will educate members on the benefits and processes of the rewards program to encourage participation. - You will document member interactions and maintain accurate records in the system. - You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex issues efficiently. - You will provide feedback on common member concerns to help improve program offerings. - You will maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all member communications. - You will meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and call handling. What You Bring: - You have at least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center roles. - You possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - You are comfortable using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications. - You demonstrate empathy and patience when handling member inquiries. - You have the ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively.
