Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative for our Rewards Programs, you will play a vital role in supporting members by addressing their inquiries related to redeeming rewards such as gift cards and products. Your efforts will help promote healthy behaviors through our engaging rewards initiatives, including doctor visits, lifestyle programs, and challenges. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while making a positive impact on members' wellness journeys. What You'll Do: - You will assist members with questions about redeeming rewards and navigating the rewards program. - You will provide clear, accurate information regarding gift cards, products, and program benefits. - You will document member interactions and maintain detailed records in the system. - You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex issues. - You will promote the rewards program by encouraging participation in healthy behaviors. - You will handle inbound calls and respond to member inquiries promptly and professionally. - You will maintain a positive and empathetic attitude to enhance member satisfaction. - You will adhere to company policies and compliance standards in all interactions. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or rewards program environment. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain program details clearly. - Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software. - Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing time effectively. - Empathy and patience when dealing with diverse member needs. - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in health and wellness or insurance-related customer service. - Familiarity with rewards or loyalty program platforms. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Previous remote work experience.
