Your efforts will help promote healthy behaviors through our engaging rewards initiatives, including doctor visits, lifestyle programs, and challenges. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while making a positive impact on members' wellness journeys. What You'll Do: - You will assist members with questions about redeeming rewards and navigating the rewards program. - You will provide clear, accurate information regarding gift cards, products, and program benefits. - You will document member interactions and maintain detailed records in the system. - You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex issues. - You will promote the rewards program by encouraging participation in healthy behaviors. - You will handle inbound calls and respond to member inquiries promptly and professionally. - You will maintain a positive and empathetic attitude to enhance member satisfaction. - You will adhere to company policies and compliance standards in all interactions. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or rewards program environment. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain program details clearly. - Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software. - Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing time effectively. - Empathy and patience when dealing with diverse member needs. - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in health and wellness or insurance-related customer service. - Familiarity with rewards or loyalty program platforms. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Previous remote work experience.
