Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative for our Rewards Programs, you will play a vital role in supporting members by assisting them with inquiries related to redeeming rewards such as gift cards and products. Your efforts will help encourage and promote healthy behaviors through our engaging rewards initiatives. What You'll Do: - You will assist members with questions about redeeming rewards, including gift cards and products. - You will provide clear and accurate information about the rewards program and its benefits. - You will support members in understanding how to participate in lifestyle programs, challenges, and doctor visits. - You will document member interactions and maintain accurate records in the system. - You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex issues. - You will maintain a positive and professional demeanor while working remotely. - You will meet performance metrics and contribute to team goals. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in rewards or healthcare-related programs. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to work independently in a remote work environment. - Proficiency with computer systems and basic troubleshooting. - Empathy and patience when assisting members with diverse needs. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a call center or remote customer service role. - Knowledge of health and wellness programs. - Bilingual abilities. - Familiarity with CRM software.
