Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative for our Rewards Programs, you will play a vital role in supporting members by addressing their inquiries related to redeeming rewards such as gift cards and products. Your efforts will help encourage healthy behaviors through our engaging rewards initiatives, including doctor visits, lifestyle programs, and challenges. What You'll Do: - You will assist members with questions about redeeming rewards and provide clear, accurate information. - You will support members in understanding the benefits and requirements of the rewards program. - You will document member interactions and maintain accurate records in the system. - You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex issues. - You will promote healthy behaviors by encouraging participation in lifestyle programs and challenges. - You will maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all member interactions. - You will meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and call handling. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay updated on program changes and best practices. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or rewards program environment. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to work independently in a remote, work-at-home setting. - Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
