What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or call center roles. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. - Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset. - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
