What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or insurance-related roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. - Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
