Role Overview: As a Customer Intake Specialist, you will serve as the vital link between consumers and trusted car insurance carriers. Your role is to understand customer needs and guide them through the insurance selection process, ensuring they find coverage that fits their unique requirements. What You'll Do: - You will engage with customers to gather detailed information about their insurance needs. - You will connect consumers with appropriate car insurance carriers based on their specific requirements. - You will explain insurance options clearly and answer customer questions to facilitate informed decisions. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and insurance selections. - You will collaborate with team members to improve customer intake processes. - You will handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience. - You will follow up with customers as needed to provide additional support and information. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or insurance-related roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse customers. - Ability to understand and explain insurance products and coverage options. - Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
