Your role is to understand customer needs and guide them through the insurance selection process, ensuring they find coverage that fits their unique requirements. What You'll Do: - You will engage with customers to gather detailed information about their insurance needs. - You will connect consumers with appropriate car insurance carriers based on their specific requirements. - You will explain insurance options clearly and answer customer questions to facilitate informed decisions. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and insurance selections. - You will collaborate with team members to improve customer intake processes. - You will handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience. - You will follow up with customers as needed to provide additional support and information. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or insurance-related roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse customers. - Ability to understand and explain insurance products and coverage options. - Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
