Role Overview: As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting our rewards program by assisting members with inquiries related to redeeming rewards such as gift cards and products. Your efforts will help encourage healthy behaviors and engagement in lifestyle programs, making a positive impact on members' well-being. What You'll Do: - You will assist members in understanding and redeeming rewards through clear and empathetic communication. - You will provide support for questions related to doctor visits, lifestyle programs, and health challenges. - You will maintain accurate records of member interactions and transactions. - You will collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery. - You will troubleshoot and resolve member issues promptly and professionally. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay updated on program changes and customer service best practices. - You will contribute to a positive work-at-home environment by managing your time effectively and meeting performance goals. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote environment. - You are fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You have strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, empathetic approach to customer interactions. - You are comfortable using computer systems and software to manage customer information. - You have the ability to work independently while staying motivated and organized. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with health or wellness programs. - Familiarity with rewards or loyalty program operations. - Previous work-from-home experience. - Additional language skills beyond English and Spanish.
