Role Overview: As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting our rewards program by assisting members with inquiries related to redeeming rewards such as gift cards and products. Your efforts will help encourage healthy behaviors among members, including doctor visits, lifestyle programs, and challenges, all while working from the comfort of your home. What You'll Do: - You will assist members in understanding and redeeming rewards through clear and empathetic communication. - You will provide timely and accurate responses to questions about the rewards program. - You will document member interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions. - You will collaborate with team members to improve service quality and member satisfaction. - You will handle multiple communication channels including phone, email, and chat. - You will stay informed about program updates and changes to provide accurate information. - You will identify opportunities to enhance the member experience and escalate issues as needed. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote environment. - You are fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You have strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, friendly demeanor. - You are comfortable using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications. - You have the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setting. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with health or wellness-related programs. - Familiarity with rewards or loyalty program platforms. - Previous remote work experience. - Additional language skills beyond English and Spanish.
