We create impactful digital experiences for US-based clients across industries including education, health & fitness, nonprofit, media, enterprise, and arts & culture. We’re a fully remote team united by professionalism, trust, and a passion for meaningful work. About the Role We are looking for a freelance IT Recruiter who will become a long-term partner to Five Jars and help us attract talented professionals when new vacancies appear. This is not a full-time position or agency cooperation — we’re seeking an individual expert who understands our culture and business needs and can support us on-demand for each hiring request. Key Responsibilities • Lead the full recruitment cycle for assigned vacancies (from sourcing to offer). • Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, Djinni, GitHub, job boards, and networks. • Conduct pre-screening interviews and evaluate both hard and soft skills. • Assess English proficiency of candidates during interviews. • Collaborate directly with HR and Hiring Managers to clarify requirements. • Present shortlists and provide structured feedback/reports. • Maintain candidate pipeline and communication for future opportunities. Requirements • 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house). • Proven success in closing technical roles (Developers, QA, PM, etc.). • Solid knowledge of sourcing tools, Boolean/X-Ray search, and professional networks. • Understanding of the software development process and IT terminology. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • English — Upper-Intermediate or higher (both verbal and written).
