Qualifications for Retail Store Sales Associate: • One must have reached the age of 16 or older to participate. • Open availability, which includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required. • Familiar with and proficient in utilizing technology like cash registers and mobile devices. • Effective communication abilities and excellent customer support aptitude. • Proficiency in efficiently and adeptly addressing problems in a professional manner. • Openness to acquiring new skills via hands-on experience. Essential Job Functions of Retail Store Sales Associate: • Perform cashier duties and manage financial transactions with customers. • Lift and organize items weighing up to 25 pounds and access shelves as tall as 10 feet. • Ascend ladders and perform bending, twisting, and stooping movements while restocking items and aiding patrons. • Interact in person and via telephone with clients, colleagues, and supervisors. • Continuously transition between sales areas and storage spaces. • Sustain concentration and uphold a straight posture for prolonged durations. • Be willing to adjust to versatile timetables, which may involve working overnight hours.
