Role and Responsibilities: As a Customer Experience Manager, you will lead daily store operations while delivering an exceptional shopping experience for every customer. You will support the Store Manager in driving sales, motivating the team, and ensuring all company standards are met. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a passion for creating a fun and engaging environment for both customers and team members. • Supervise and inspire store associates to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales goals • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing according to company guidelines • Support the Store Manager in executing daily operations and achieving performance targets • Monitor inventory levels and assist in product merchandising and restocking • Handle customer concerns and ensure prompt and positive resolution • Assist in scheduling, training, and coaching store associates to improve performance • Maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards Required Skills and Experience: • 1–3 years of retail management or supervisory experience preferred • Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in specialty or value retail environments • Proven success in driving sales and improving team performance • Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications About Five Below: Five Below is a fast-growing value retailer offering an exciting selection of trend-right products for teens, tweens, and beyond—all priced at $5 and below.
