Important Note: We are currently building a talent pipeline for an upcoming project. We understand that technical assessments require a meaningful time investment, and we value candidates' effort. Therefore, all candidates who complete and successfully pass the technical assessment will receive a $150 USD payment for their time. Geo: US ,Western Europe (France, Germany, Switzerland, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Sweden, Iceland, Italy, Austria, Ireland, Norway) What You'll Do • Work on AI model training initiatives by curating high-quality code examples, building solutions, and correcting code across multiple languages, including Python, JavaScript (React), C/C++, Java, Rust, and Go. • Evaluate and refine AI-generated code to ensure efficiency, scalability, reliability, and maintainability. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance AI-driven coding solutions against industry performance benchmarks. • Build and maintain agents that verify code quality and identify common error patterns. • Hypothesize and assess model capabilities across the full software engineering lifecycle, including prototyping, architecture design, API design, production implementation, launch, experimentation, monitoring, and operational maintenance. • Design verification mechanisms that automatically validate solutions to software engineering tasks. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience. • At least 2+ years of continuous full-time experience at a top-tier product or technology company (e.g., Google, Stripe, Amazon, Apple, Meta, Netflix, Microsoft, Datadog, Dropbox, Shopify, PayPal, IBM Research). • Strong experience building full-stack applications and deploying scalable, production-grade systems. • Proficiency with modern programming languages and development tools. • Deep understanding of software architecture, system design, debugging, and code quality/review best practices. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical evaluations and reasoning.
