Job Title: Remote Entry Level Administrative Assistant Location: Remote Job Type: Part-time | 1099 Independent Contractor Pay: $15 per hour | Paid weekly About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Assistant to support our growing business. This is a flexible, remote position that requires approximately 8 hours per week. You’ll work directly with the CEO of the company, gaining first-hand exposure to the ins and outs of entrepreneurship while helping manage day-to-day business operations. Responsibilities • Create and send invoices to existing customers • Make follow-up calls to prospects and existing customers • Handle client collections calls and invoice reminder texts • Prepare quotes by measuring square footage at properties remotely • Assist with client acquisition by sending outreach emails Schedule • ~8 hours per week Compensation & Benefits • $15.00 USD per hour • Paid weekly • Paid breaks and lunch • Paid for all hours worked, including partial hours • Eligible for a raise within 30 days • Flexible work-from-home role Requirements • Reliable internet connection and phone access • Strong communication and organizational skills • Self-motivated and able to work independently Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 per hour Benefits: • Flexible schedule Work Location: Remote
