Middleton, WI Social and Content Intern Job Purpose We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social and Content Intern to support our social media and content marketing efforts. This role will assist with content creation, scheduling, and engagement across platforms, as well as market research and performance analysis. The intern will also help manage TikTok Shop operations, collaborate with influencers, and contribute to paid social media initiatives. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in digital marketing while working on exciting projects in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with social media campaign development and execution, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities Identify “surprise and delight” opportunities with influencers and content creators including outreach and sample ordering Track and analyze social media performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights for improvement Help create and curate high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and written posts Gain hands-on experience assisting with paid social media efforts including strategy, assisting with writing headlines and descriptions as well as brainstorming ad content Education Currently pursuing a degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field, with anticipated graduation within the next 12–24 months Skills & Experience Proven creativity in social media or other digital marketing tactics Basic familiarity with tools used for social content creation, including Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut and iMovie Strong writing skills and an understanding of how copy and visuals complement each other on social media Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing professional-quality work Language Skills English as a daily working language Last day of application: 2026-03-30 ***** At Fiskars Group, we value providing benefits that matter to you and cater to our diverse global workforce, no matter where you are in the world.
