Content Communications Manager (Full-time, Remote) Fisher Phillips, a premier international labor and employment law firm, is seeking a skilled and experienced Content Communications Manager to join our team. In this essential role, you will contribute to the seamless operation of our services, providing crucial support to our department in delivering exceptional client service and maintaining our commitment to excellence. In this role, the Content Communications Manager is responsible for planning, creating, producing and distributing multimedia content across various channels, including podcasts, video, newsletters, and social media. This role merges creative storytelling with technical oversight to ensure high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned communications. This role will focus on content operations, consult with cross-functional teams, and ensure the seamless execution of multimedia projects from concept to publication. Key Responsibilities • Oversee the technical and creative production of podcasts, video series, and multimedia projects, ensuring quality from concept through publication. • Update editorial calendars and coordinate the release schedules of newsletters, podcasts, videos, and other digital communications. • Work on a team of writers and designers, and coordinate with attorneys, as well as business development and marketing tech teams. • Collaborate with marketing and attorneys to ensure messaging aligns with broader firm goals, and campaigns are cohesive and effective. • Develop and implement strategies for digital audience engagement across email, social, and web platforms, optimizing for growth and reach. • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators to inform ongoing content strategy. • Maintain editorial standards, quality assurance, and consistent branding in all communications. • Stay current with trends in artificial intelligence, digital communications, multimedia technology, and audience engagement best practices. • Prepare information for weekly newsletters and internal communications, and perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills and Qualifications • Proven experience managing digital content (podcast, video, social, or newsletters) from planning to publication. • Strong project management, editorial, and technical skills. • Hands-on proficiency with podcast, video, and graphic production tools. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, digital media, or related field. • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (or similar), including video editing tools like Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro. • Proficiency with professional audio editors like Audacity or Adobe Audition. • Familiarity with remote recording platforms, such as Riverside.fm or Zencastr. • Certified experience with multimedia production and content marketing. • Knowledge of SEO, GEO, marketing analytics, and digital audience development. • Experience integrating AI into workflows to boost productivity. Compensation The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, location, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
