The Opportunity: Present Fisher Investment's premier wealth management solutions to high-net-worth prospects. You will report to the Director of Sales, who will equip you with comprehensive training and resources for success. Expect robust support from sales support, client services, marketing, research, and more. Your responsibilities will include: • Converting prospects into clients by promoting the unique benefits of Fisher Investments. • Engaging with high-net-worth individuals to assess their financial situations and offering tailored solutions. • Educating potential clients about Fisher Investment’s diverse offerings. • Participating in ongoing training programs focused on advanced phone sales techniques, finance, capital markets, and portfolio management. • Managing a home office with expectations to meet clients face-to-face or virtually within your designated area. Your Qualifications: • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services sector. • Possession of FINRA Series 65 or a combination of FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 is preferred. • A proven track record of success in driving sales results. • Experience engaging in high-volume phone activity and conducting in-person meetings. Compensation: • This position is commission-based, with earnings potential starting from $100,000, including a gradual step down. Compensation is based on a percentage of expected first-year management fees, along with bonuses for secured new business. • Enjoy uncapped performance-based income potential, with many achieving mid to high six-figure earnings within two years, and prospects of reaching seven figures.
