You will lead technology initiatives that drive efficiency, security, and scalability within our investment management processes. What You'll Do: - You will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Charles River platform. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business objectives. - You will manage vendor relationships and ensure seamless integration of third-party tools. - You will lead efforts to enhance information security within the CRD environment. - You will develop and execute strategic plans to support global technology scaling. - You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime. - You will provide training and support to users to maximize platform utilization. - You will monitor industry trends to recommend innovative technology improvements. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience managing Charles River or similar investment management platforms. - Strong understanding of financial services technology and information security best practices. - Proven project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Technical proficiency in system integration, vendor management, and troubleshooting. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a global financial services environment. - Certifications related to project management (PMP, Agile) or information security (CISSP). - Familiarity with regulatory requirements impacting investment technology. - Knowledge of additional investment platforms or financial software.
