What You'll Do: - You will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Charles River platform. - You will lead and mentor a global team of technology professionals to ensure high performance and collaboration. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business goals. - You will manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners to optimize platform capabilities. - You will ensure compliance with information security standards and regulatory requirements. - You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and user experience. - You will develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery. - You will provide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience managing Charles River or similar trading platforms. - Strong knowledge of investment management processes and financial markets. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing global technology teams. - Expertise in information security and regulatory compliance. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a global investment management firm. - Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, or CFA. - Familiarity with cloud technologies and automation tools. - Advanced knowledge of data analytics and reporting.
