Role Overview: As the Charles River (CRD) Technology Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our Charles River platform to support the firm's trading and investment operations. You will lead a global team focused on delivering scalable, secure, and efficient technology solutions that align with our strategic growth objectives. What You'll Do: - You will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Charles River platform. - You will lead and mentor a global team of technology professionals to ensure high performance and collaboration. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business goals. - You will manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners to optimize platform capabilities. - You will ensure compliance with information security policies and regulatory requirements. - You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and user experience. - You will monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. - You will contribute to strategic planning for technology investments and future scalability. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience managing Charles River or similar trading platforms. - Strong leadership skills with experience managing global technology teams. - Proficiency in information security best practices and regulatory compliance. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in the investment management or financial services industry. - Knowledge of international regulatory environments and compliance standards. - Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, or similar. - Familiarity with cloud technologies and automation tools.
