You will lead technology initiatives that drive efficiency, security, and scalability, ensuring our investment operations remain at the forefront of industry standards. What You'll Do: - You will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Charles River platform across global offices. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business objectives. - You will manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners to ensure seamless integration and support. - You will lead efforts to enhance information security protocols within the CRD environment. - You will develop and execute strategic plans to scale technology infrastructure in line with international growth. - You will provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. - You will monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. - You will stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience managing Charles River Development (CRD) technology or similar investment management platforms. - Strong understanding of investment operations and financial services technology. - Proven experience in project management and vendor coordination. - Expertise in information security best practices and compliance standards. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a global financial services firm. - Certifications related to project management (PMP, Agile) or information security (CISSP, CISM). - Knowledge of cloud technologies and infrastructure scaling. - Familiarity with regulatory requirements impacting investment technology.
