What You'll Do: - You will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Charles River platform. - You will lead a global team of technology professionals, fostering collaboration and innovation. - You will ensure the platform's security and compliance with industry regulations. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRD with other systems and processes. - You will manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners. - You will monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency. - You will develop and execute strategic technology plans aligned with business goals. - You will provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders across the organization. What You Bring: - 5+ years of experience managing Charles River or similar trading technology platforms. - Strong knowledge of investment management processes and trading workflows. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing global technology teams. - Expertise in system integration, security protocols, and regulatory compliance. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a global financial services firm. - Familiarity with Charles River IMS and related middleware technologies. - Certifications in project management or information security (e.g., PMP, CISSP). - Advanced degree in a relevant discipline.
