You will lead a global team focused on delivering scalable, secure, and efficient technology solutions that align with our strategic growth objectives. What You'll Do: - You will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Charles River platform. - You will lead and mentor a global team of technology professionals to ensure high performance and collaboration. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business goals. - You will manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners to optimize platform capabilities. - You will ensure compliance with information security policies and regulatory requirements. - You will drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements. - You will monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. - You will contribute to strategic planning and technology roadmap development. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience managing Charles River or similar investment management platforms. - Strong knowledge of trading systems, portfolio management, and compliance requirements. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing global technology teams. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Solid understanding of information security principles and regulatory frameworks. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
