Role Overview: As the Charles River (CRD) Technology Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our Charles River Development platform to support our investment operations. You will lead a global team focused on delivering scalable, secure, and efficient technology solutions that drive business growth and operational excellence. What You'll Do: - You will manage the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of the Charles River platform across global offices. - You will lead a team of technology professionals, fostering collaboration and professional development. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business objectives. - You will oversee system integrations, upgrades, and troubleshooting to ensure platform reliability. - You will develop and enforce information security protocols related to the Charles River system. - You will monitor industry trends and recommend technology improvements to maintain competitive advantage. - You will manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners for system support. - You will prepare and present regular reports on system performance and project status to senior leadership. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience managing Charles River Development (CRD) technology or similar investment management platforms. - Strong leadership skills with at least 3 years managing technical teams. - Proficiency in system integration, software development lifecycle, and IT project management. - Deep understanding of information security principles and regulatory compliance. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a global financial services environment. - Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, or CRD-specific credentials. - Knowledge of emerging fintech trends and technologies. - Experience with cloud platforms and automation tools.
