Role Overview: As the Accessibility Senior Program Manager, you will lead Fisher Investments’ global accessibility program, ensuring that all digital platforms including web, mobile, streaming, and document engagement meet international accessibility standards. Your role is critical in embedding accessibility best practices across the organization and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. What You'll Do: - You will develop and implement a comprehensive global accessibility strategy across multiple digital platforms. - You will lead cross-functional teams to embed accessibility standards into product development and digital content. - You will monitor and ensure compliance with international accessibility laws and guidelines such as WCAG and ADA. - You will conduct accessibility audits and assessments to identify gaps and recommend improvements. - You will collaborate with legal, IT, design, and content teams to drive accessibility initiatives. - You will provide training and resources to internal teams to promote accessibility awareness and best practices. - You will manage vendor relationships to ensure third-party products meet accessibility requirements. - You will report on program progress and impact to senior leadership. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience managing accessibility programs or related roles. - Deep knowledge of accessibility standards and regulations including WCAG, ADA, Section 508, and international laws. - Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Experience with accessibility testing tools and methodologies. - Ability to analyze complex technical and legal requirements and translate them into actionable plans. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the financial services industry. - Certification in accessibility (e.g., CPACC, WAS, or similar). - Background in digital product development or UX design. - Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
