Job Title: Accessibility Senior Program Manager Company Overview: Fisher Investments is a global investment management firm dedicated to helping clients achieve their financial goals through personalized portfolio management and innovative strategies. Role Overview: As the Accessibility Senior Program Manager, you will lead Fisher Investments’ global accessibility initiatives, ensuring that all digital platforms meet international accessibility standards. Your role is critical in embedding accessibility best practices across web, mobile, streaming, document, and other digital engagement channels to guarantee compliance and enhance user experience for all clients. What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage the global accessibility program, setting strategic direction and priorities. - You will ensure compliance with international accessibility regulations and standards such as WCAG, ADA, and Section 508. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, engineering, and legal to embed accessibility into all digital products. - You will develop and deliver training programs to increase accessibility awareness and skills across the organization. - You will conduct accessibility audits and assessments to identify gaps and recommend improvements. - You will monitor and report on accessibility metrics and program effectiveness to senior leadership. - You will stay current with emerging accessibility technologies and best practices to continuously improve the program. - You will advocate for inclusive design principles to enhance the overall user experience. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in accessibility program management or related roles. - Deep knowledge of accessibility standards and regulations including WCAG 2.1, ADA, and Section 508. - Proven experience working with digital platforms such as web, mobile, and streaming services. - Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels. - Experience with accessibility testing tools and assistive technologies. Bonus Points If You Have: - Certification in accessibility such as CPACC, WAS, or similar. - Experience in the financial services industry. - Familiarity with international accessibility laws beyond the US. - Background in user experience (UX) design or development.
