Job Title Corporate Analyst Program-Implementations About your role: As part of the Fiserv Analyst Program, you will join as a UX/UI Design Analyst working on web and mobile products to design intuitive, user-centered experiences. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to apply design principles, build prototypes, and contribute to design systems. Your work helps deliver accessible, consistent interfaces that improve customer interactions and business outcomes at scale. What you'll do: Support the design of user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile products. Create wireframes, basic prototypes, and visual UI designs using established design systems. Assist with usability testing, research activities, and synthesis of user feedback to inform design decisions. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and senior designers throughout the design process. Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users. Help ensure designs are consistent, accessible, and aligned with brand standards. Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary. Experience you'll need to have: Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree with an expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2028 in Computer Science, Data Science, Management Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Technical Project Management, or other Technology Degrees 3.0+ GPA. Applicants must have unrestricted work authorization and should not require future sponsorship 0-2 years of professional work experience Experience that would be great to have: Internship, capstone project, or portfolio demonstrating UX/UI work and process. Familiarity with accessibility standards such as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and responsive design techniques. Interest or experience with design systems, user research methods, or product analytics. How you'll work: This role is on-site Monday through Friday.
