A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Billing Specialist to collect on aging medical insurance claims. Key Responsibilities • File claims using appropriate forms and attachments • Handle outbound calls and navigate multiple software systems • Research account denials and file written appeals as necessary Required Qualifications, Training, and Education • High school diploma or equivalent is required • Formal training in Insurance Billing is preferred • Knowledge of all insurance payers is preferred • Proficient PC knowledge with typing speed of 30-40 wpm • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
