LabWare LIMS Administrator Remote - EST hours 6 Month Contract Overview We are seeking a LIMS Administrator to support laboratory systems operations at a Massachusetts-based biologics manufacturing site. This role is responsible for the administration, configuration, and ongoing support of LabWare LIMS (v6 & v8), ensuring system reliability, data integrity, and effective support for laboratory users and workflows. Responsibilities • Administer, maintain, and support LabWare LIMS (Versions 6 & 8) for the Massachusetts Biologics Operations (MBO) site • Maintain and manage LIMS master data, configurations, and laboratory workflows • Support integration and interfacing with laboratory instruments and external systems • Provide day-to-day technical support to laboratory end users • Troubleshoot and resolve master data and system administration issues • Perform routine system administration and maintenance activities • Manage incidents, service requests, and change controls through the IT ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow) • Support system changes in alignment with regulated environment and operational procedures Required Experience • 3+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry • Strong hands-on configuration and/or development experience with LabWare LIMS
