You will sell products ranging from individual prescription eyewear to Pro 6-Packs for organizations, targeting corporate, healthcare, government, industrial, veteran, and community programs. This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. Your performance directly drives your income—high performers can earn substantial revenue while shaping the future of professional and recovery-oriented eyewear. Key Responsibilities • Identify, engage, and convert potential B2B clients across healthcare, corporate, government, industrial, and community sectors. • Promote FirstLine products, including Vision Strong Duval campaigns, and pursue other sector-specific opportunities. • Conduct outreach via calls, emails, in-person meetings, and events. • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activity. • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams on campaigns, demos, and client presentations. • Uphold FirstLine’s values as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned and Recovery-Oriented brand. Qualifications • Experience in B2B sales, corporate accounts, government contracting, or PPE/eyewear sales preferred. • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. • Knowledge of the Florida business and professional landscape is a plus. • Comfortable with commission-based compensation and motivated by performance.
