Role Overview: As a Compliance Specialist at First Light of Glen Rock, you will be responsible for ensuring that our home care operations adhere to legal and regulatory requirements. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the operations team to maintain compliance standards and foster a culture of integrity and excellence within our services. You will have the opportunity to contribute to our mission of providing outstanding care to those we serve. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with home care regulations. • Develop and implement compliance training programs for staff and caregivers. • Monitor updates to home care legislation and ensure policies and procedures are up to date. • Serve as the point of contact for regulatory inquiries and compliance reporting. • Collaborate with the management team to address compliance-related issues and implement corrective actions. Qualifications: You're a great fit if you have the following skills. • Relevant field or equivalent experience. • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities. • Proficient in using compliance management software and tools. Bonus If You: Demonstrate experience in quality assurance within the home care sector. Possess knowledge of risk management strategies. Employment Type & Availability: This position is Full-Time, Monday through Friday. 9 AM - 5 PM Location: This position is on-site only in Glen Rock, New Jersey.
