Responsibilities • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment such as Hoyer lifts or resident’s personal assistive devices • Monitor patients’ vital signs and observe changes in health status to report to healthcare professionals promptly • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding while adhering to individual care plans and dietary restrictions • Administer medication reminders • Maintain a clean, safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning patient areas and ensuring infection control protocols are followed • Document patient observations, care provided, and any incidents meticulously in compliance with healthcare regulations • Support patients with specialized needs such as dementia, Alzheimer’s, autism, or developmental disabilities through compassionate direct support and engagement Qualifications • Valid certification as a Personal Care Assistant or equivalent credential required • Experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, group homes, or home & community care settings preferred • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy standards essential • Certifications in CPR and First Aid required; additional training in Alzheimer's care, memory care, hospice care, or working with disabilities is a plus • Strong observational skills to monitor patient health status and respond appropriately • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and family members Join us in delivering top-tier personal care that empowers individuals to live healthier, happier lives.
